Aqua Doc

Aqua Doc is a portable aquatic veterinary playset designed to make learning about marine animals fun and interactive. I created a tropical edition with four animal patients: a bottlenose dolphin, hermit crab, brown pelican, and green sea turtle. Each animal has its own illustrated patient file with species information, symptoms, medical procedures, conservation challenges, and fun facts. Through imaginative play, children can learn about each species, their habitats, challenges they face, and how they can help.

Over the course of three weeks I developed the concept, characters, visual identity, and physical components of the playset. To create an immersive experience, I designed magnetic characters, medical tools, a recovery pool, x-rays printed on acetate, reusable laminated activity sheets, and custom packaging for bandages. Designing each piece of the playset was such a fun and rewarding process. I loved figuring out how every component could work together to create a world that felt engaging, educational, and exciting for children.
